Ancien joueur de l’As V. Club de Kinshasa, Richard Kule Mbombo va évoluer en Slovaquie cette saison. Dans une communication faite le vendredi 07 septembre, son club, Beerschot Wilrijk qui évolue en deuxième division belge, a annoncé le prêt du joueur congolais au FK As Trenčín, actuel 4^ème du championnat slovaque.

L’ancien buteur du Racing Club de Kinshasa -RCK- n’avait disputé qu’une seule rencontre de championnat avec le club d’Anvers cette saison contre 17 la saison passée pour trois buts marqués.

Arrivé à Anderlecht en 2016 en provenance des dauphins noirs de Kinshasa, Kule Mbombo a brillé avec la réserve des mauves. Avec cette équipe, il a remporté le championnat national belge des moins de 21 ans avant de filer au Beerschot Wilrijk.
